Chain Link Fence with Slats - Percent Opening

Please reference the above thread; for a typical chainlink fence (for, say, playground or other similar conditions), which has vinyl slats in them, what percent opening would be recommended for wind loading? I've used 60% in the past, but I'm hoping that's too conservative. Gulp.

This manufacturer suggests obstruction of 70% to 90% for wind loading, depending on the style of the slats (per the wording of your question, that would be 10 to 30 percent opening, of course)

We ignore the openings on something like that. If a sheet of plastic blows onto it - or if someone attaches a banner, sign, etc. then you are 100% solid.
