I have created a polyline from a series of lines and arcs. Autocad has assigned the starting point of the polyline to be on the right hand side of the page so that the line runs from right to left. I would like to change the starting point so that the line goes from left to right. any ideas? thanks for the help that i have received from this group.

If the polyline runs from right to left, that means that either:

1) The polyline was drawn right to left
2) The intial segment selected to turn the segments and arcs into a polyline using the join command was drawn right to left.

One method of reversing the polyline is as follows:

1) Draw a left to right line so that it ends at the left end of the polyline.
2) Turn that new line into a polyline and "join" the old polyline to it.
3) Trim off the new segment you added.

TVE,
