Hi All,

Any idea why does NX not change the visiblity of components based on arrangements in exploded view?

I have assembly A with two arrangements .

I exploded the Assembly. I try to change the arrangement in which I have suppressed some components, but NX says changing arrangements in exploded view is not going to affect the visibilty.. Seems weird..

That's just the way Exploded Views work, which BTW have been around since long before Arrangements. But, you're right that it would be nice if it did work, but that will require some significant work on the code, so my advice is to start opening ER's (Enhancement Requests) to that effect.

We have learned not to use the Exploded view. Use an Arrangement to create your exploded view. It works so much nicer, only problem with this is, is creating the tracelines.
