I am trying to find materials with similar properties to UHMWPE but are less expensive.
Impact resistance, low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance are all important material properties.

The use is for the top layer of impact bars as used with heavy duty conveyors. The material is bonded to rubber.

Thanks in advance.

I would do some testing, but some nylons and acetals have similar Coefficient of Friction. They also have decent impact. The nylon would have good wear resistance, but I tend to doubt that it would be as good as the UHMWPE.

good luck
