Cheapest option for making a boundary wall?

I am planning to buy a land 1000 m2 , 20mins far from the city to live there. Right now I want to buy land and make boundary wall and keep it for future to make house and farm there. What are the cheapest options to make a fence for this purpose? Like block wall fence etc.
