Checking the cleanness of tube of shell&tube heat exchanger 1

Hi. I have a question. would you please help me?
How can I check the cleanness of tubes of shell&tube heat exchanger? The OD of tubes are 19 mm, length is 10 m. tubes are very narrow and we can not see through the tubes. Also we can not see the light of a flashlight, Shining on the other side of heat exchanger.

Ask the hydro-jetter to put the water jet into a few tubes rendomly. Boroscope would make you scared.

For what purpose you are Looking for cleanliness of tube?. Is there any issue during service or due to maintenance activity?

This is because of low quality cooling water entering the rubes, which leads to choking and fouling

Hopefully you resolved the issue i think as you posted this question on Feb-2021.
As per your question understood that it is Straight tube (Not an U-Tube), so better u can go for Hydro-Jet cleaning. Also if you need to ensure the integrity of tubes u can choose either Eddy Current or IRIS Inspection.

The inspection must be during cleaning operation. Take photos before and after cleaning.
