I am looking for information about evidence of solids formation and build up in chemical reactors during caustic hydrolysis of organophosphate pesticide/insecticide compounds. Thank you.
If you run a Google search using the keywords of "persistent organic pesticides, endocrin distruptors in sewage sludge" you'll get buried in articles from the UN Environmental Programme, Germany, and some Fish & Wildlife files on frogs and fish sexual mutation. Most of these involve the post-treatment residual following incineration and wastewater treatment - not manufacuturer treatment at the plant.
Not sure that helps, as not sure exactly what your looking for - but extrapolating from your question.
Might want to also look at the Stockholm Convention, which addresses some of this also.
Good luck-
