Chilled/Hot Water Chemical Treatment

One very weak part of my companies specifications is chilled & hot water chemical water treatment. The main reason for this is that I've never seen a product vendor in the 10 years I've been in the business. Does anybody know who makes these products or where I can find a guide-spec for them?
