Chilled water pipe thermal break for support/stand

Ive been tasked to find some sort of commercial pre built support\stand system for chilled water pipe that has some sort of thermal break. Any one have any suggestions.

If nothing like that is out there what ideas do you have or do you use.

Right now a lot of are stands have been welded to the pipe then some insulation run down the stand 20-26 inches. My boss wants something better to isolate the stand from the pipe.
