Chilled water piping

Is there a maximum length for chilled water piping loop? If there is how long is the maximum run of pipe?

No limitations to the length of the piping unless if you have a strict recommendation for the temperture rise. I used 2km one way piping (i.e 2+2) and the temperature rise was 2⁰C in my case as most of the piping was exposed to ambience.

But it is always better to keep the generation point nearer to the user points for obvious reasons.
