hi

where can I find design guide lines on chilled water systems?

I have a system with a supply temp of 6°C and return temp of 12°C. The system is cooling only.

What is the flow required per kW(cooling) estimated?

Check ASHRAE book store.

Q = (m) (Cp) (Delta T)

With a 6 deg C delta T, the flow would be 2.22 USGPM/Ton or 0.14 L/s per Ton

do you know of other usefull guides available from McQuay?

Where can I find tables to estimate the heatloss through the insulated chilled water piping network?

McQuay has some other manuals here:
I don't recall seeing any tables for heat loss, but 3E has a free software you can download to estimate heatloss for various pipe and insulation thickness. This is probably the best solution since you can input your specific data. You can generate a table from this software.
