Does anyone know some good reference (book, code, ...) about reinforcement design of circular foundations? About radial and circumferential reinforcement versus orthogonal... And considerations for the reinforcement of a circular (or octagonal) flat slab for small tanks, etc. Thanks in advance.

I'm not aware of any good references.
I use orthogonal reinforcing (typically greater than 20' diameter).
Concrete thickness is normally based on bearing depth or concrete shear considerations.
