Cloned Assembly won't Trim using Moldwizards Trim Mold Component

Here is one for John, LOL I made a assembly and used the trim mold component from moldwizard and then I cloned that assembly and deleted the link body from the part so I could reuse it for another section of my mold, but now when I go to try and retrim it using moldwizards trim mold component it won't pick so that I could trim it for the other section of the mold. It acts like it is still tied to something but I deleted the link body from it.
