Examine the constraints in your model to ensure they are properly defined and not overly restrictive. Sometimes, constraints can inadvertently lead to ill-conditioning if they are too rigid or conflicting. You may also need to Verify the quality of your input data, including the coordinates and other parameters used in your model. Ensure that there are no errors or inconsistencies in the data that could contribute to numerical instability.
