I am looking for a CO2 partial pressure vs. corrosion levels similar to the one thai I have found fot the H2S where there is a line that states the maximum pressure level to admisible corrosion...

I have looked for the Gas Processors (GPSA) books... without sucess.. Ihave no acces to NACE standars..

Thanks..

Your looking for the DeWarrd-Milliams nomograph of CO2pp vs Temp vs Corr rate. Do you have access to a NACE paper Library? If so I will get you the paper number.

Having found the nomograph, know that its a simplistic approach and many variables can cause it to give incorrect predictions.

H2S charts for corrosion can be found in papers by Sardisco in NACE Corrosion in the 1960's and by Smith in 2001 NACE conference.

You can use these sources to cross-reference the other sources that are availible.
