Cockpit Control Panel Repair

Good Day to all,
Is there a way to repair Cockpit control panels that are used for NVG (Night Vision Goggles)??? I was told it uses plasma versus the small 5volt bulbs. The power requirements for the panels is 115V 400hz.. Or is there a company that can refurbish the panels???
