We are reviewing the typical energy capacity of alkaline batteries at 5 degrees C vs their capacity at room temp for a pending project. Does anyone have s source of data on the decrease of potential we can expect at the lower temperatures?

Duracell and Everyready both have technical bulletins with lots of information, including temperature performance, but it's not a whole lot.

If you can't find them, repost, and I can probably dig them up from my files...

Oh, and despite some recent claims to the contrary, both Duracell and Everready had maintained that cold temperature storage reduced the self-discharge rate, which ought to be expected.
