Collecting parameters under a part in a product document through macro

Hi Guys,
I am trying to collect all the parameters under root parameter set of a Part which is added to a product though a macro. Could you please let me know how to retrieve a part attached under a product file. I tried with GetMasterShapeRepresentation and GetShapeRepresentation. But neither of them works. A sample code would be of great help. Thanks in advance.
