Color code Of Handrail for elevated platform on top of communication towers

Hi,
We have to know the standard color of the handrail with it will protect the users on top of elevated platform for communication towers (40m high above the ground level, and the color of members is red and white, the top part is a plate form and it is red color, so the handrail will be same platform color or will be yellow?
