HELLO,
I am looking into this ground + 1 floor building's ETABS model. I want to ask your opinion on what should be the floor height considered here in ETABS? Please refer the following image
What I am thinking is it should be 9'6" (5'6"+4') since it would be the design length of the column member. The model is currently designed for 11'0" (7'+4'). The reason I am asking this question is I need the maximum possible capacity by using that extra 1'6" column height therefore I am looking for accuracy.
