The column in the picture was removed intentionally. Four dowels were provided. It is obvious that the column was casted after the footing was hardened and the concrete of the footing is not integrated with the concrete of the column. does this cause any problem to the structure, because all other columns are of the same case and the slab and beams for the roof is to be constructed above these columns.
