Combined Tension and Shear in Stainless Steel Bolts

I am looking at a connection where an aluminum handrail post is connected to the flange of a stringer (MC 12x14.3). The post will be welded to a plate and then the plate is bolted to the stringer with 2 3/8" stainless steel bolts. Does anyone know where i could look to find the information needed to calculate the combined tension and shear stress? Looking at AISC v15 Chapter J3.7, this formula calls for the nominal tensile and shear stress which aren't included in Table J3.2.
Thanks!

You need to find the nominal tensile/shear strength of the stainless bolt. See if this article helps.Link

careful of the environment... aluminum and stainless steel can cause problems.
