COMMAND "DRAW SECTION CUT ...." IN DRAW MENU ON ETABS 18 DOES NOT WORK

In ETABS 18 I want to get the total CUTTING EFFORT at the base of various walls of my model, through the command "Draw Section Cut ...", this command DOES NOT WORK!

Has anyone had this problem?
Is it a program defect? or will I need some configuration in ETABS?

It works for me. So, you click on it and you cannot draw a section cut on the elevation where you want it?

'DOES NOT WORK' - could be so many things from that description?

What is happening is that it does not respond when I start drawing the horizontal line on the walls of the first floor to obtain the total cut of all the walls at that level.

We already tried ETABS version 18.0.1 and 18.0.2

If version 18.1.1 still does the same thing then try contacting CSI to see if they can replicate and confirm an error.
