Compact Blower for a high flow rate and low static pressure application

Dear All,
I want to choose a blower/fan, for nearly 1,00000 cfm flow rate.

I am searching for a compact blower for this flow rate and low static pressure requirement.

Please suggest
1. Type of fan
2. type of blade
etc,
Considering low space and power requirement.

2 - high flow low head is usually a axial / propeller type.

You need to define "compact" and low space and low power with numbers.

What is it for? I'm reading it as one hundred thousand and not 1 CFM... For this sort of size, they would be typically a belt driven centrifugal blower?

Power is based on your flow requirement, efficiency can be high but minimum power can be defined.

What you may want to check in the Grainger catalog is a belt driven fan with a blade of around 6' in diameter providing a free air delivery of your requirement. You can increase the fan RPM by changing the pulley sizes on the fan and motor by virtue of the affinity law but make sure that the increase in the starting amp does not exceed the electrical motor and the fuse specs.

Thank you for your response.

I am designing a cross flow heat ex-changer(HX) which transfer the heat from sodium to air, sodium on tube side and air on shell side. The heat removal capacity per HX is 20 MW. hence the air flow requirement is very high (80-110 m³/sec). But i don't have lots of space to install This kind of blower, so I am looking for a compact blower which can be accommodate in a 3m²(maximum) space.

Also 3m2 is an area, not a volume.
