Compact Flange Details

Does anyone know of a website where I can get detailed info on compact flanges for 6", 8" & 10" pipe?

Also, what is the rules for welding a flange into a pipeline close to a bend. From memory this should be a straight section of 1.5x pipe diameter between bend and flange. Is this correct?
