Comparing of Point Cloud Cad Data and Product Design Cad Data

Dear Friends ;

I will get a point cloud data with laser scanner from a part.I have the part's design CAD data. My question is how can I compare the dimensions and tolerances of these datas in CATIA V5R19.

There is a feature called "deviation analysis", don't remember in which workbench though, think it's in DSE (Digitized Shape Editor) or QSR (Quick Surface Reconstruction). If the model has FTA then there is a geometric tolerance checker in QSR.
