It' possible to create plot like this (in attachment) or similar in MathCad. Any tips or links will be helpfull. Ofc I've got x,y,z coordinates

Do you really have to do it in Mathcad? It just seems to be something that's more fitting in Excel.

Is that supposed to be live, i.e., the plot changes as the calculations change? There used to be a way to do it with SmartSketch in Mathcad. That was replaced by a plugin for Visio, which appears to now have been replaced with Autocad. Ostensibly, one can parametrically determine values, which can then be fed into the program with the plugin, and the drawing, or whatever, will change to match the parametric inputs.

"Is that supposed to be live, i.e., the plot changes as the calculations change?" Yes, this is MathCad, right?

I wish I could visualize the results of measurements in this way because this is more affordable to the client, opposed to simple table of data. So you think that is impossible to do that in MathCad? Maybe a little similar?

I could create the fundamentals of that plot, including sliders for zoom and rotation and deflection scaling, and the numbering of the nodes and the deflections, in Excel, in about 2 hours.

How long do you want to stuff around in Mathcad for?

Cheers

OK, could you give me some guides/ tips/ links to that in excel?

Remember: You can feed mathcad to excel and vis-a-vis... I do my crunching in mathcad and all the pretty stuff in excel. If you can get the input to variables in excel, you can define those variables in mathcad then feed them into defined column/rows.
