Complicated sheet metal unfold with hook

I am having some trouble modeling the attached part as a sheet metal part so I can get an unfolded pattern. I have tried both starting as a sheet metal part and unfolding and tried converting to a sheet metal part from a standard part file with no luck.

I don't have much experience with sheet metal features so I may be missing something very simple...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think your problem area is that loft. SW Sheet metal won't unfold an area that has to be deformed like that.

I think SW Sheet Metal Can Unfold only straight parts, any slight curve won't be acceptable.

Not so, Joe. SW Sheet Metal won't unfold deformed parts. It can unfold curves just fine.
