Rubbish photo but the component is marked EA Cm 3
472M 46
It is like a disc capacitor 14mm diameter but with a third terminal in the middle at the back. Blue in colour in the area of the board where the power comes in. The 'C' in the component marking is large with the 'm' inside it.

The component in question is the lighter coloured one on the left. There are two one behind the other.

What does the out of focus labelling say?

I was actually referring to the screen printing on the board, but someone ought to be able to make something of your photo.

Might be a 4700pF 20% 3-terminal capacitor?

With you now.. FL3 and the one behind FL4

Like geekEE, I believe it is a 2 x 4700pF capacitor and is part of the common mode noise filtering where each capacitor connects to one of the input lines to ground. The two black objects appear to be input fuses - also part of the input protection. Capacitor bypassing input AC voltage to ground as part of the common mode noise bypass are refered to as "Y" capacitors, and are required to meet safety agency approvals. Note the long list of approval agency logos on the part. The light blue part might be from input line-to-line, and if so is refered to as a "X" capacitor.
