Component module is missing 1

Hello all
I am designing a machine so all of machine components put in working directory.
In order to manage machine modules,i put some components in sub-directory under working dir.
Why does pro/e ask me to find the components under sub-directory when i restart?

Could anyone tell me how to set the path that pro/e could auto find?

The reason why ProE asks to find components is because they came from other directories that are not searched by ProE when it starts.

In Utilities, set the Option SEARCH_PATH to the different folders that contain your assembly components.

Save your modified config.pro settings, and make sure to activate them when you start ProE.

I try to set the SEARCH_PATH but failure.

I put a config.pro file in every project directory with search paths to related files. The first thing we do on starting Pro is change the working directory and the second is load the config.pro in the working directory. In your case, just add this line:

search_path sub_folder_name

You can also put search paths in your load_point\text\config.pro but then they will need the full path name. If you need a lot of search paths you can create a special search path file and point Pro to that. I like to keep down the number of search paths because it can take awhile if Pro has to look through a lot of folders.
