Component Pattern along a curve

I want to pattern a component is assembly, but component pattern must follow a certain path during patterning.
How can it be done in inventor ?

I assume there is some sort of pattern at the part level. If not create a dummy part with the part level pattern. Then select the part level pattern to pattern the component(s). Can you zip and attach here what you have so far?
