Composite Topping Bonding To Double Tees

Does anyone know of a reference or a spec. that describes the surface preparation that is required before the pour of the 2" composite topping on a double tee is made?

How can you tell if the composite topping de-bonds from the double tee?

There may be something in the specifications at the end of the PCI manual regading surface prep required.

Swept or blown clean of loose material. In hot weather, apply sprinkle of water to lower surface temperature, (less than 90 Degree F).
