Here's the link to that one. Are you having the same problem he is? have you checked whether they're noted as tension only or not? Are you using custom shapes?
 
It's impossible to know for sure without seeing the guys model (or your model). However, the -1.#IO entries in the code check are a real red flag. That's means something catastrophic has happened. Some data may be corrupted or is being processed incorrectly. The Pnc = 0 may be the cause of the -1.#IO, or it may be a symptom of problem.

Again, it's impossible to tell without knowing more. Seeing the model would be best.
