Compression only support

Hi,

I need your help to design compression only support.

I need to constrain one surface like below:
T X - free
T Y - free
T -Z - fixed (no penetration is allowed)
T +Z - free (separation is allowed)
R X - fixed
R Y - fixed
R Z - free

I have only one body (no contacts).

Please help.
