compression test

Hello everyone,

I want to make a compression test in ansys workbench. I add the force on the upper face of the part but i dont know what support to add in my testing part. Fixed support, i think, is wrong because it doesnt show me the right displacement of the part. Could you please help me. if you want some specific details, let me know.

If you have a cube part of sort, try Frictionless Face on three faces that shares a corner.

I have a honeycomb structure and i test an out of plane compression. (sandwich structure)

I'd support all the normal freedoms and a minimal number of other freedoms.

You could try smaller concentric areas of normal freedoms.
