Computer Program that can block/pass phone calls

We're going crazy in our small office/assembly area with the unwanted spam or junk phone calls. What I'd ideally find would be a COTS program/electronics package that I could add to our 3 computers. I'm sure I can't find anything with all that I'd like so maybe I hire an engineer to build and code. What I was envisioning:

- In each of our offices an electronic box and software on the computer that would quickly display the Caller ID info and has a GUI button that would disconnect the line and store the ID in a database if we hit the "Block" button. If we don't hit the button the call would pass through the electronic box and be passed to our phone system. The program would then, on its own, disconnect future calls from that number.

- The database would be editable.

We currently have a call blocker but it's out in the assembly area near our phone system input. I'd rather any of us three be able to push a button from our office chair.

Do any of you know of a blocker that would do this or do you think it would have to be built?

Forward the calls to your cell phones, then set the phone to silence all unknown callers. Piece-o-cake.
