Concrete Anchor Design in Top of Wall at Corner

I can't seem to find any details or other posts on this but could have missed them. For background: I am working on a concrete anchor design via ACI Chapter 17 in the top of a concrete wall, say 8" or 10", for tension only. This anchor is located at a corner. I am curious if the perpendicular wall can be used for breakout. It seems the value Anc could be adjusted to account for the perpendicular wall area. Or another way to look at it would be the value Anc could be reduced for the non-wall area. This seems similar to adjusting the area when anchors are close together. Curious what your thoughts are or how you handle this? Thanks.
