Hello,
Our company has been encountering issues with our concrete waste being rejected for recycling because the plastic liners used during washout are sticking to the concrete as it dries and ending up in the waste bins meant for just concrete. Waste haulers are seeing this and rejecting the entire bin to the landfill. This is impacting our waste diversion rates.
If we remove the plastic, then there is a SWPPP issue.
Does anyone have insight on alternative solutions?
