Concrete Countertop Howto? 2

Does anyone have any detailed information or links on how to create concrete countertops?

I have seen some posts here in the past, but they seem to have been removed.

I highly recommend a new book by Fu Tung Cheng - Concrete Countertops: Designs, Forms, and Finishes for the Modern Kitchen and Bath.

I am building a house and have been researching this subject for about 4 months - this is the best info by far that I've found so far.

I bought my copy on Amazon for about $25 including shipping.

The May 2002 issue of Fine Homebuilding has a good article on concrete countertops. My copy came from Barnes & Noble.
