Dear All,
I have a project to replace my old fender system. For scheduling and cost estimatation, I need some information regarding concrete drill equipment to perform anchor bolts holes drilling on the existing dolphin concrete structure.

I have 40 holes to be drilled on each breasting dolphin (total 160 holes for 4 dolphins). The anchor bolt is M48 (A4-70) with embedment depth of 630mm. The required holes diameter will be 54mm.

Could you guys provide me information for suitable drill equipment ?. I expect to finish the holes drilling in ten days. If the dolphin conrete is 3000psi and the drilling position will be horizontal, what kind of drill equipment can be used for completing the holes as soon as possible (let's say in ten days..?)

thanks in advance

I think your best bet is diamond core drilling. The people we used have been bought out and have disappeared.

Here is some information on the technique and probably some leads to contractors or manufactures.

I can see some challenges working off the water. I sure hope the didn’t use giant rebar
