Are there any good publications about what constitutes a good concrete mix design? I'm getting into jobs which I am starting to review mix designs and I thought I'd ask the boards here for any good literature.

Mostly for building construction, footings, SOG, elevated slabs, walls, columns, piers, beams, etc.

Thanks guys!

The Portland Cement Association has a publication titled "Design and Control of Concrete Mixes". It is a very good overall picture of mix designs and how to get from point A to point B. It is probably into its 15th edition or so by now.
