Concrete screws behind vinyl siding

I need to use concrete screws to install tension straps in a concrete wall that will be covered with vinyl siding. The system I am using is the Simpson Strongtie MSTAM straps. However, the Simpson literature indicates that their Titen Turbo screws are not rated for exterior exposure, so I'm considering Readhead Tapcons in 410 stainless.

1) Would you consider being behind vinyl siding to be protected sufficiently from the elements?
2) If not, does 410 stainless offer enough long-term protection?

1) No. I would not, though it does somewhat depend on climate. I live in a coastal swamp. If it's not inside a sealed building envelope with active HVAC, it's outside.
2) Not sure. Easy enough to research, though. I would be careful using stainless screws with a galvanized strap - you'll have galvanic corrosion issues.

The Dewalt Aggregator concrete screws comes in 300 series, which I believe offers better corrosion resistance.

I just checked them out and they seem good. But, wouldn't they also react with the zinc coating on the galvanized strap?

Might be better to user a heavier straps and stainless epoxy or wedge anchors.
Depending on the age of the concrete, Tapcons have been known to break on installation.
