Concrete tanks- Acceptance criteria for leak test in Belgium/Europe

I am trying to find out the applicable standard/code/etc...to be considered in leak test for some concrete tanks that are part of an installation in Belgium in regards to the leak test (conditions, acceptance criteria, etc...)
I have just seen that there is a british standard for that, but (BS 8.007), but nothing applicable for Belgium.

If somebody could help me with that, who has previous experience in project in that area or soemthing that could be helpful.

EN 1992-3 2006 might help. Alternatively there is a company 'Eurotankworks' - (just add 'dot com') - that may be able to give guidelines.
