Concrete Tension Inputs

I'm using Concrete Damage Plasticity model and am trying to figure out how to define the tension effects properly. Right now, the stress goes to my defined ultimate tensile stress (400 psi) and then all strains after that will keep the stress at 400. What am I missing to have the stress go down or go to 0 after cracking?
