Does anyone have supplier recommendations for conductive Silicon Carbide (SiC) which can be electric discharge machined (EDM)?

We have had material samples which were manufactured by direct sintering and reaction bonding. These however have not processed by EDM very well. Internet research led me to SiC manufactured by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) where it could be doped to make it conductive. Who makes SiC by CVD?

Any other SiC EDM tips would be helpful as well.

We always stuck with direct sintered (didn't like the glass phase in the reaction bonded) and used diamond grinding.

Try these guys. They have a low resistivity grade (on the order of a few ohm-cm) that should work.
