Configurations working with equations 1

I have an equation driven assembly.

Part A = Total height - Part B sketch (config1)
Real Equation--->"D2@Sketch1@PartA.Part" = "D1@Height"-"D1@Sketch13@PartB.Part"

This works out great. But when I change the config of Part B (config2, a different size), it still uses the size from config1 for the equation. My part size doesn't change for the configuration.

How do I fix this?

You can't fix it. SW doesn't work that way. Surprised me to when I verified it.

Thanks for the confirmation. I made a new part and added it as part of the configuration, and suppressed the other part. Hopefully this will be 'fixed' someday, and we can eliminate a few steps.

Did you tried Design Tables?, I think will work much better.
