Conical Helix

I´m having some problem creating a conical helix, I don´t have a start or stop radius, but I have a starting point, a conical surface, the pitch and number of turns.

Create a normal helix and then project it to the face of the Conical surface, per the attached example file (it's an NX 5.0 file).
