The roof is for a silo. The existing roof is considered too soft by users(10 gauge steel). The roof is at a slope of 1:6 and the dia is 12 ft. I am trying to find deflection and stress for considered load of 300lb at center and udl of 20lb/sft. Roark's stress and strain book does not have a formula for conical roof. Where else can i find a formula for the same?

API-650 includes a formula for minimum roof thickness based on uniform loading, t=D/400/sin(theta)*sqrt(T/45), where D is diameter in feet, theta is slope angle from the horizontal, and T is total uniform load, including dead load, in psf. Minimum thickness per that code is 3/16".
