Due to the frequent burst of the 6” PVC lines downstream and upstream of the cartridge filters of the Ro unit because of Vibrations and PVC quality, which leads to:
-Detachment or breaking of the tie-in blinding line.
It is recommended to replace the PVC with a HDPE pipe with a high pressure class.
My question here is what adequate method we can use?

Method for what?

If you're removing the pvc then you don't have a joint between the two?

Or use a flange.

Give us some details please.

The inadequate description implies this is an industrial reverse osmosis system. The pulsing is not generated by the RP filter cartridges, but rather by either valve switching or by a positive displacement pump.
You should make sure your system is not missing a pulsation damper.

Dhurjati Sen has provided a correct HDPE butt welding procedure, you can also use HDPE fusion couplings. This will not work for a transition from HDPE to PVC.

To connect PVC to HDPE either use a transition joint or use a mechanical joint like a flange, or ring groove coupling.

Yet another one question poster who never replies or even logs in....
