We need to connect a sew engine (type:MM15C-503-30) which is an engine with a built in freuency drive to a plc, we don't have any fancy connectors only the engine and a plc , someone who could help us, we would like to control the speed of the engine by a touchpannel connected to the PLC.

Forgive my ignorance: what's a sew engine?

My guess is that sew is a brand name and engine was a bad translation that should have become motor instead.

Maybe; or is it perhaps an electric motor used to drive a sewing machine? If so, industrial? Commercial? Residential? What size machine? What frequency?

We need to hear from Remi, the OP...

At least it clarifies it for me; something new every day, and that was one of today's...

Ran into these for a lot of years mostly in plant aux equipment, their packaged gear drive, motor and VFD combinations are really pretty neat, biggest problem I found with them is getting thru their part numbers and all the options a unit could have. Their product support for many years was excellent, everyone I ever dealt with in their company was responsive and helpful, and most actually followed up to see if you problems got resolved. Even on older out of date units. Has been a few years since I have dealt with any of these, hopefully SEW still is really good at their customer service.

OP might be better off to contact them direct if he has specific issues.

With the information given and with reference to page 153 of the manual linked by Mike:
Buy a potentiometer for each speed.
Connect each potentiometer in turn and set the desired speeds.
Use relay outputs on the PLC to connect the potentiometers in turn to select the desired speeds.
A capacitor across the appropriate terminals will mitigate abrupt speed changes and speed spikes when changing speeds.
